Update:
It is the incompetence of the fastway delivery driver that had sign the docket himself and left the stuff in the shop never letting me know!!
Park Electrical have responded and resolved the issue by checking with fastway the status of the package which I very much appreciate. It was not their fault that delivery took that long.
