This is the second strimmer I have ordered from Parker Brand,they are easy to assemble and do the job in hand,no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Delivery was good also.

Really good prices. Next day delivery. Although it didn't say that on the initial order. When I contacted them. They reassured me it would be and it was. Would definitely recommend.

Had to order item twice and contact Parker via email to get my address correct on their system as it kept putting in Ireland instead of NI. Maybe the AI knows something I don't. 🤣

Bought new lawnmower, good price,very sturdy and robust and delivered within 3 days, my previous was a mountfield lawnmower (would not recommend)my opinion is that my new Parker lawnmower is twice as good for similar price. Definitely shop there again.

You can tell most about a "brand" when things go wrong.
I purchased a petrol strimmer multitool directly from ParkerBrand. After about 6 months over winter and only 4 test uses the unit developed a serious fault. Wouldnt draw fuel and would stall unless held 90° up.
Contacted customer service who requested and were given multiple pictures & videos to show issue.
Refused any real help or return of the faulty item as this was considered "wear and tear". 5 uses in 6 months (most attachments unused) is not wear and tear, it's a faulty production unit. Which has been confirmed by a local repair shop.
Feels like I was unlucky to get a Friday afternoon unit that should not have passed quality control. Rather than acknowledge this, I was offered a new carburettor (at full cost) which "may fix the issue" or spend on postage to send the item in. Repair cost & return shipping which would nearly cost a new units value.
Lesson learned. Feels like these are rebranded, China items, not an issue if you stand by the product and repair. But told wouldn't repair or refund.
So terrible, dodging responsibility customer service.
Will not shop here again and would suggest avoiding for your sanity.

This is the second Parker Brand tool I have purchased - had a leaf blower for a few years ansd is very good. This strimmer is also well made easy to assemble and so far is working very well. The assembly and operating instructions are without doubt the most most clear, comprehensive and detailed of any tool I have owned

Recently purchased a petrol scarifier at a great price and found it’s easy to use and has done a great job so far. Will be putting it to greater use this Autumn. All good. 👍

Good description of lawnmower and very clear to understand. Just perfect for what I was looking for

Only used the multi tool once but seems good. Its a shame it doesnt come with the oil needed. DPD was the reason for the 3 stars. Failed delivery twice and when it turned up it was damaged. Waiting on parkerbrand for a response for a replacement part.

Update- replacement part sent out very fast.

My petrol lawnmower died after many years , I ordered a new one from Parker products on the Friday , it was delivered next day (free delivery).
Well packaged , simple to assemble , up and running in 15 minutes.
Looks and feels great , time will tell but initial thoughts are a great product at a great price and the delivery time was amazing.
5 Stars all day long.
