Darren made the whole process supportive, down-to-earth, judgement-free and efficient. I had been carrying credit responsibilities for years - a legacy of a long stretch of single parenting albeit on a high salary. Yet after illness and redundancy, I simply couldn't keep up anymore. The idea of going through a process like this felt worse than carrying the weight of the debt itself, but working with Darren turned out to be a genuine lifeline. Facing the issue head-on and resolving it with his support has changed the game for me completely.
