DONT DO IT, Don’t book with these guys, they are cowboys at best and deceitful at worst.
Dropping the car off took 35 minutes and I had let them know and hour prior (their instructions) to the time I would arrive. I phoned again 10 minutes out but when I got to the check in area, they had no one there. They also do not have a reception desk like other companies do.
Picking up was a nightmare!!
I called as soon as we landed and was advised that the car would be approx 30 minutes away which was good as I still had to wait for bags.
By the time I got to the pick up area I got a call from the driver that he was in traffic so would be late. 40 minutes later I called the driver and he said it was another driver not him even though this was his phone.
The car arrived 1 hour later so from touchdown to getting the car was over 2 hours and plenty of lies.

I was parked my car at Heathrow Airport…
I was parked my car at Heathrow Airport with Parkatheathrow limited company on 6 to 20 of February 2026, before get in airport 30 minutes I try to ring few times but no one answer my phones and when I get in touch with someone he said someone will come pick up my car but I have to waiting for 2 hours for someone come to pick up my car ( I have to pay 20£ tickets for the car park ) when I come back they just parked my car and leave the key on the car and tell me where they parked . Go home I check on the picture I take before and after . I fined out they used my car for 994 miles in 2 weeks when they keep my car with them . Now just hopefully no speed or something else going on with my car when they used it with out my permission . Really bad experience with this time when I park the car on holiday

This review is for Park Heathrow at Hatton Cross. Their service was excellent. They phoned us 6 hours before we were due to drive to Heathrow to check if we were still coming. They informed us that they had tracked our flight and our flight had been cancelled, which we were unaware of due to not being informed by our airline. They saved us the drive to Heathrow and gave us a full refund for the parking which was excellent service. Thanks again for letting us know prior to us leaving Yorkshire and the full refund. Five stars for Park Heathrow At Hatton Cross. (not the other company in Heathrow that other reviews seem to be referring to).

All the while probably with no insurances.

AVOID THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I would give 0 stars if I could!!! We used this to park for 2 weeks. They arrived 45 minutes late to collect my vehicle despite you having to select a specific meet and greet time. They had driven around 100 miles in my car WITHOUT my permission, they left rubbish in my car, altered all my seats meaning they had multiple passengers front and back of my car. They also arrived over an hour late when I had flown for 24 hours and still had a 3 hour drive home. They are corrupted. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

We hit a lot of traffic on the way to the airport, so we called over an hour in advance to let them know we’d be running late. We even called again 30 minutes before arriving. Despite that, when we arrived, we had to wait at least an hour for someone to come and collect the car and hand over the keys. During that time, we were calling repeatedly for updates, and each time we were told “10 minutes,” “20 minutes,” and so on — but no one showed up.
Eventually, when they finally arrived, we had already had to check in and were rushing back to hand over the keys before running to catch our flight. It was extremely stressful. On top of that, the parking cost us over £20, which we were told we had to pay, even though we had given them plenty of notice about the delay. When I questioned this, they told me they were “doing me a favour” by even coming to collect the car because we hadn’t arrived exactly at the original time — which I found very rude and unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was chaotic, stressful, and poorly handled. We did everything right to communicate, but their response and attitude made an already stressful situation far worse.

For some unknown reason some people are leaving reviews here for different companies not connected to Park Heathrow which is ridiculous. These idiots should check before posting malicious content about decent honest and reliable companies like PARK HEATHROW. Shame on them!

Arrived on time at 19:00 met the meetandgreet employee and paid for the short stay parking ticket at T5 so they had time to get the car out of the car park.
Got back from our holiday 3 weeks later and we had a £100 parking ticket from Heathrow Airport. It turns out they had left the carpark and returned to it again at 20:00 and stayed in the car park for nearly 4 hours until 23:54 doing I have no clue what.
As if that wasn't bad enough. A week later we get another £100 parking ticket from Heathrow Airport from when we had gone to pick up the car after arriving back from holiday. We phoned ParkatHeathrow to tell them we'd landed and to collect the car and they said they'd be 5 minutes. They were then over 40 minutes late and then the parking ticket from Heathrow Airport we got said that they actually had been in the car park 14 hours...
Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company.
Great experience
We used the option of driving the car to their parking at Hatton Cross, and Stephen then drove us to the airport drop-off and collected us there on our return. Stephen was well-prepared for both our departure date and tracked the plane for our return, so we did not have to wait at the terminal on our arrival. Our car was well kept, and had not been used other than for the need to move cars in the parking area. This was all for a good price compared to people like Purple and other larger firms. Sure, the parking lot isn't pretty to look at, but it's secure and they took very good care of us and our vehicle. Will definitely use this firm again when we next fly from Heathrow.

We were instructed to call 30 mins before arriving at the terminal. Told to go to meet and greet within the short stay car park. Charge for this car park is £7 for 20 mins (should be plenty of time). We called at 5.15am today to state we would be 30 minutes. Professional and friendly guy answered the phone and confirmed our details. We were feeling like this would be a good experience.
We arrive at Heathrow to the exact location listed at 5.45am. No one is there to greet us. After 15 minutes we call the number back and are told the driver is a couple of minutes away. After a further 2 calls of being told he is 10 minutes away he finally arrives 6.30am (1.5 hours after the initial phone call).
Due to how late they arrived the car park charge is now £11.50. My husband asks the driver who is going to cover the differences in parking as he was really late. He says its not his problem. We called the original man and he also says its not his issue and we have to pay any charge no matter how longer we have to wait, even though we were repeatedly lied to about timings.
Unfortunately we had an emergency before boarding our flight and needed our car back. I called the company at 8.12am and eventually got through at 8.19am. I asked for my car back and understood if we had to wait a little longer as this was out of the norm. I was told they would give me a call but wouldn't be too long as they were just collecting a car from another terminal. An hour goes by and no call. I give them a call and am told 30 mins max there are 3 to 4 guys taking cars over so won't be long.
I have a tracker on my car and could see on the app that my car had not moved since 7am and the 30 mins goes by with no movement. I call again and am told 20 mins. Again no movement. In total I called 15 times through the day (some being cut off or not being answered)!
My car eventually makes it to me 2 hours and 40 minutes after we requested it. I appreciated that this was not an expected request but nearly 3 hours! And after the mockery of the morning with no apologies.
We are rebooking our holiday and I certainly will never be booking with this company again. If you had been honest about delays that would have been great but making me chase and not being honest is just poor customer service.
Side note: when I checked on my car it was parked a 10 minute drive away from the terminal car park.

Avoid this company while they had my vehicle i checked my app and I could see that my fuel was going down my car was also changing locations and parked at different places numerous amounts of time. On the return of picking up my vehicle there was 2 Costa coffee cups left in the cup holder the front passenger seat was also moved all the way forward as if someone was using the car as a drop off service.

When I received my car, there were takeaway bags in the car, that have been left for some time, causing a curry smell to my car. Plastic bottles were left, somebody used my car to sleep and eat. When I told the driver, he simply suggested that I disposed of the trash . I have called and msgd with no success. Tried to put a complain with the British Parking Association and they are not even in the list.

Flight from Heathrow terminal 3
We parked at Park Heathrow over the August bank holiday. We found them online and were impressed with the price and the reviews. To be honest we were a bit apprehensive but the service we had was second to none.We arrived a little early, they contacted us on our journey down from the Midlands, all was very organised and we didn't have to do a thing, we had a private transfer up to Terminal 3 and they looked after our bags all the way. On our return we had a text while still on the plane and they were waiting for us when we came out of the building private car, looked after the bags again and the car was ready and waiting for us at the car park.
Would not hesitate in using them again. Brilliant!!

Stephen even monitors flight schedules to ensure perfect timing for drop-off and pick-up. When we landed, we didn’t even have a chance to text him – he called us right away, and we walked out to find him already waiting. We didn’t have to wait a single minute!
The car park is small, which means customers receive much more personal care compared to big car parks. Stephen’s approach to his customers is absolutely fantastic, and on top of that, he’s a great person to chat with. We will only use this car park from now on.
