I have been on the phone and emails for days. I finally got Kimberly who was efficient and spoke clearly. Kimberly took my issue and was on a hunt to get the proper information to finally resolve my issue! It was EXTREMELY frustrating when I couldn’t not get the correct information . Kimberly was my agent and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional when I called for an update on my dispute.

I had a fantastic experience today with Yolanda Randall. I was dealing with a parking issue, and she handled it with incredible patience and professionalism. She didn't just fix the problem; she made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer. Exceptional service!

The valet service picked up our car with significant delay at start. It was impossible to reach someone by phone, they always let the call go straight to voicemail and called back.

Also at the return they showed up late with significant delay.

Additionally they damaged the car. Since the damage was only found out later they claimed that they are not responsible for it.

All in all they do not even deserve one star, unfortunately I had to give at least one.

I spoke with Kimberly to initiate a parking contract for my daughter. She was very helpful. I also discussed a dispute I have with Premium Parking over a ticket I received when their app did not process a payment my wife attempted to make on the app. The app failed to process the payment and Premium sent me a ticket. Kimberly is trying to assist me in resolving this matter.

I called Primeum Parking with questions regarding location & vehicle size restrictions in Jamestown, New York. I was fortunate to be directed to Kimberly to assist me. She was very polite, respectful & went above her required duty to get me the info I needed to be assured I could be able to park there. She was a pleasure to work with!! Thanks for the help!!
