Worst experience in a parking near CDG. We were put in Sparking (which I specifically want to avoid because of bad reviews). 30 minutes waiting at the airport at 11pm at night and when a van HelloParking arrived we had to insist that we were their clients since the 3 companies work together. Finally he called and found that it was the case otherwise we would have been left to wait another hour at the airport. We found the cars stuck together like sardines, bumper to bumper and door to door, when we arrived. We could not even get inside. The driver had to force his way in whilst scraping the car next to us. We found a huge scratch on our car door, probably because of this practice. We have yet to be responded to by the parking and when we call we are told that they do not have the time to treat any administrative tasks.

We parked our cat here for 25 euros for 1 week. Unfortunately we were unable to return at the designated time. We emailed asking to extend our parking. No response. Phoned, left messages. No response. When my wife went to pick up the car they charged 10 euros a day! Additionally they did not check her credentials before releasing the car.

When you arrive, the price is not as agreed upon when you booked. And then they say that's just how it is. And if you don't want it, you can just drive again. It's difficult if you have your flight to catch, in three hours.
