Avoid This Company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Park Sphere Services

I booked through Compare Airport Parking and was allocated Park Sphere Services. Do not use these people.
When my car was returned, it had three dents down the passenger door, clearly consistent with another car door being opened onto it.

To make matters worse, they had wiped my dashcam SD card and disconnected the camera, which feels extremely suspicious. I also had to pay £14 for the short-stay barrier fee where they insisted on meeting me.
. Never again.

Car soaked inside passports ruined

We picked up the car from Silverzone car park on the 14/11/2025 at 23:45 after being away for a week. I noticed that my driver seat felt damp, but put it down to the bad weather in Bristol, and the car park attended must have had a wet jacket when moving our car. Then my wife said the passenger seat felt wet as well. It was late so just drove home, when we arrived home the small bag containing our passports and money was absolutely soaked, my wife had put it by her feet in the passenger footwell the both front footwells were saturated.
I've registered a complaint and waiting for a response.

Poor service. Long waits

Claim 15 minute intervals.. been sat on the bus for well over 25 minutes while the 2 drivers just chat. The bus was already here when we arrived so no idea what the interval actually is. At 11pm they just dont seem bothered..
Used Silver zone twice, excessive wait twice...

Don't use Bristol Park and Ride

Don't use Bristol Park and Ride. Terrible experience. First of all your car gets parked on a very muddy field in the middle of a farmyard. They take your car keys from you even though the website says they let you keep them. My biggest complaint is that when I arrived back at Bristol Airport and despite calling them as soon I landed they left me standing outside, waiting, for over an hour. Lots of excuses for why they were late - flat tyre, traffic, etc etc. When I finally got back to the car I had trouble getting out of the farm yard because of the mud and the car needed a major clean. So, not an experience I will be repeating.

Car in collision during parking. Refused liability.

Car was in a collision during the period of parking. Company tried to fob me off, refused to accept liability. Poor customer relations and no accountability.

Would not recent end and would actively discourage using the service. Strongly recommend people use one of the many alternative parking arrangements!

Silverzone

Silverzone
Going to airport was fine, coming back, we waited 20 mins for bus, which is a long time then we waited a further 20 mins on the bus, whilst the driver was talking to another Silverzone bus driver which was behind us!!40 mins in all I could have been half way to my destination in this time!! Not a good service having to wait 40 mins to get to your car. I will post a review to inform people that your service has a 40 mins wait on return! I also find your drivers rude! And ignorant! As an older person standing in a bus for 20 mins is out of order.

Bristol Airport Silver Zone Parking

Used Silver zone parking, the claim to price match so I found 3 days parking at the Airport Tavern compared to the silver zone price of £54.
Both were for 3 days so I enquired re a price match. I was informed that Bristol Airport did not offer parking at the Airport Tavern( why would they???) and that to attract the price match I would have to use one of the Bristol Airport parking options! What a complete farce and clearly misleading and not legal? Complete joke avoid

Don't go near this company. I inadvertently clicked on them via a comparison site after thinking I'd excluded all off-site parking. Not the case! Lesson learned.

The meet and greet parking at bristol…

The meet and greet parking at bristol airport has moved since we went there 2023.
There is no signs to direct one. Eventually we found it on the second level of the multi-storey car park.
One person on a desk to check in ,find your own parking space, take your luggage and walk to the airport departure a good half mile.
On return walk a half mile again back to multi storey
find car myself.
In my opinion this is neither meet or greet.
Using the Silver car park is much easier and cheaper

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would - terrible service and I feel completely stitched up! I parked my car in the at Bristol Silver Zone - got on my flight, whilst in the cab from the airport to my hotel I had an alert on my mercedes app to say my car had been involved in a collision. There is no number to call Silver Zone!! On my return I informed the girl behind the desk who said it was probably a false alarm!!!! But to check the vehicle and email customer service! Which I did along with pictures of the damage!!! (not a false alarm) only to be told I should have reported it before leaving the parking zone!! I've now been completely ignored, so either staff aren't trained or they knew exactly what they were doing! Also, it was a member of staff who caused the damage otherwise, I would have had an alert telling me my alarm had gone off! I have passed this on to a solicitor to deal with, but I would avoid Silver Zone at all costs!

If I could put 0 I would

If I could put 0 I would. DO NOT USE A1 Parking at Bristol Airport. I paid for meet and greet. On collection of my vehicle I called to say I had my luggage. I was told to call a taxi as the driver could not get to me!!! WTF after a heated exchange I was told if I waited at airport it would take 2-3 hours for delivery of my car. A friend drove me to a postcode location which was texted to me… This was 15 minutes away in the middle of pitch Black Country lane. I called the contact number as the location was just a country lane and was told I would be contacted by the driver. 3 males approached my friends car telling him to follow them. My car was in a farm courtyard, filthy full of mud, no lighting and no explanation by the 3 males. I was lucky I had a friend to drive me to the location and stay with me. I am so angry to have been put in the situation I was, the condition of my vehicle and no apology. NEVER USE AGAIN.

Disappointed

Whilst this car park is already expensive IMHO due to a delay coming back we were then billed another £30. I understand from the small print that this is what they charge, i.e. another whole day even though we were 2 hours late, seems a little excessive. Car park seemed ok and vehicle was not damaged on return. Just puts me off parking here again though when it's that expensive, I paid less than that to park at national airport rather than a regional one.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE

Having spent hundreds of pounds parking my car at the airport, using there silver service I was incredibly disappointed to find that over £1,000 of damage caused as caused to my vehicle, caused whilst the vehicle was reportedly being parked. I was even more disappointed to spend weeks going back and forth with customer service advisors concerning securing repairs for my vehicle for them to eventually turn round and advise me they are no longer accepting liability owing to a time period of 30 days lapsing.

Leave your vehicle in their care at your own risk. I for one will never be utilising their services again. Disgraceful company with appalling customer service.

SILVER ZONE Parking DASHCAMs REFORMATTED

Hopefully TrustPilot will open a dedicated review channel for Silver Zone Parking AT Bristol Airport rather than blend into the Airport's review channel itself.
Early morning drive was only 60 miles to the airport from home, dashcam operating perfectly with a large capacity memory card.
Silver Zone Parking check in and key drop off, busy but seems to work.
On returning 7 days later, key and car pick up went well, short drive back home and then time to inspect recorded dashcam footage.
Ah-ha! All footage up to the day of collection had been deleted. I suspect the driver crew now format the dashcams as that's the easiest way to cover their movements.Who knows what they got up to?
There was no issues as far as I could see with the vehicle on collection but I think there may be a legality issue if they are caught altering devices fitted to personal property. Silver Zone Parking is invited to respond to this,(which they wont, guaranteed).
My next trip will have two cameras fitted, one in normal place on windscreen and another mini cam fitted out of view in rear seats. Lets see how that works out and I will report on TP when I can.

Didn't expect to return with the car…

Didn't expect to return with the car registering 1.6 miles just moving it around the car park, when it was only about 200 yards as the crow fly, also the driving position had been changed & the auto handbrake disengaged, also driven through puddles splashing mud over the car. Not very happy!

Don’t go into MULTI STOREY car park- we were dropping someone at the airport and wanted to park for half an hour but was charged £60. Even if you try to get out straight away to go into another car park, they still charge you £60. There is only one entrance to multi storey car park and it’s not obvious that you have to pay one day charge if you go in by mistake
