I sat there while my card did not work…
I sat there while my card did not work and had to scan the code to get in. I wish I would have known that in the beginning.
1K Fulton is very safe and secure
1K Fulton is very safe and secure. It’s also heated which is nice in the winter. The location is central to all the West Loop hot spots.
Stuck at garage exit
I was not able to make payment and seemed like the actual device was frozen. It took a call to customer service and 15 minutes to resolve.
Great Experience
Easy to get in and out. I appreciate being able to use a card instead of having to keep track of a ticket. My only issue is with getting back into the garage from the door on Morgan Street. It’s locked later in the evening and it isnt obvious that you have to ring the bell to get in. There should be some signage there to instruct parkers on how to reenter to get to their vehicle.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. People get stuck in this garage and there’s often a long line to get out as someone close stuck and not able to contact anyone to get out.

The machine exiting the facility was not working properly
it would be 5 star if Parking.com…
it would be 5 star if Parking.com accepts my edenred commuter benefit debit card, unfortunatelly it always reports error when trying to add that as payment option. (Same card works for all other parking apps) Have to use personal credit card, kind of inconvenient.
Customer service didn’t handle downtime…
Customer service didn’t handle downtime appropriately. Prepaid parking, QR wasn’t showing. 1 hour on hold waiting for customer service. Turned my commute into 3 hours. When operator finally answered he was completely unhelpful.
Issues exiting garage
My parking.com reservation did not work to exit the garage. Garage was otherwise safe and plenty of spaces to park. On the fence about parking here again given the exit problems.
