It is hard to locate the parking lot in the area. Even the CTA workers who were present in the area can’t tell me the location when I showed them the map on my phone. I believe the parking price was a click bait. You have to investigate if this area is really available. I have wasted my $6.35 and this parking app lost my trust to use it anymore. The address of the parking lot is CTA Red Cornelia to Addison - 950 W Addison Chicago IL 60613.

Secure, clean and close to all shopping area.

There was no option to pay for hourly parking—only a minimum of 6 hours, resulting in a charge of over $45. It’s unacceptable and feels like blatant price gouging for something as basic as a parking spot.

We went to the concert there and we were the ONLY car in the lot. I was a little upset at my PASSENGER for me having to pay for parking. Oh well, the car was protected and safe

Straight forward and easy to park.

Ticket reader wouldn’t read my ticket and then when I called for help the reader wouldn’t read my card. Made me late for a meet up with friends. Why don’t you just do prepaid tickets like every other parking facility in the city.

I was told 2 hours was free is I signed up for Parking.com and was charged 33.98 for two hours any way.. Baltimore Penisula, E Cromwell Ave next to Rye Street Tavern.

The website is absolutely not a user-friendly. For example; I can't imagine I have to count my self how many hours and minutes left until 6pm to input, instead of having it ready option with a click of a button: "Day maximum until 6pm"
Not to compare, but why don't you guys have something similar to previous company's app "Blinkay"

Even here in the review, I tried to select my location, all locations listed are for the US, nothing for Canada???

It was a Sunday afternoon in Harrisburg, Pa.. I had just returned via train from NYC. I searched my wallet for my ticket and realized I had left it in NYC. I called the number on the exit booth and was given an immediate response and instructions as to how to exit. Thank you so much.

It was a streamlined experience which was done.

Horrible experience thank god for my bank statement or I would of had a fine even after I payed to park

Good directions to get there, lots of people around to direct. Bus was right there to pick us up. It was easy to pay.

Exiting the garage remains a problem. Often enough, the camera won't read my license plate and thus will require me to text in an exit code --- it's a hassle and irritating to have to reach for my phone, find the app, and then text --- especially when the system isn't so suppose to work that way, has worked in the past, and when there are other drivers behind me waiting to exit. Recently, this experience was made worse when the network was down and my exit text couldn't be delivered.

Ease it is very easy to find a place to park no matter what it is a company that you can relay on there service is top notch company like no other
