Not happy at all with my experience trying to unsuccessfully use my reservation email for the parking deck. I had to end up paying again when I got there.

SP had no real setup to use this advanced purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked my parking ahead of time via the website and printed the pdf as the website instructed. My pass and the website both said that the garage would be open until 11pm. When I arrived, the attendants told me that they would be closing at 8. I left that garage and found another managed by SP+. I went in and drove straight to the exit to find the attendant to see if they would honor the pre-paid pass for the other garage. Not only was there no attendant, but the metal door was closed over the exit. There were no signs saying that location was closed. I went back to the other garage and the manager was able to get me out. He and the other attendant were rude and confrontational every step of the way.

So I reserved a spot for the 2nd at the 1100 4th street location and printed my parking slip. When I got there I pulled in and took a ticket from the booth, no staff anywhere, so I left my car. When I got back I went to the other station but there was nothing to read my printed parking slip, and with no staff around I couldn’t leave without paying another 15 dollars, which was cheaper than my 16 dollar and change reservation. I feel like I got jipped for that reason. However other than that, the parking garage was very clean, climate controlled, wide parking spots, plenty of parking spots, and lastly easy access, as it’s just off of 695/395. Very easy to get in and out as far as the ticket system but I’d recommend this company to have a way for people who made reservations be able to not have to double pay for a parking spot.

Great location to go to the Nationals or DC united games.

I didn’t get the 15% discount so your website didn’t work properly. Didn’t know until after completely the booking. Not a good first experience.

Good, but confusing.

It was easy to find, easy to park and easy to get out.

Don’t use this. There is no way to redeem once you get there. We had to pay again.

The ticket did not open gate upon exit. I had to hold up the cars behind me until employee cleared me.

Parking was more expensive than regular price in the garage. Check prices beforehand

We were not able to use our barcode of our prepaid parking to exit the garage & ended up paying twice.

I paid for my parking online. I parked in the parking garage but when I had to exit the garage, there was nobody at the exit pay station to assist with allowing me to exit with my proof of payment

The app worked fine but the garage was terrible. They had no system in place for accepting online reservations. There was also a shouting match between customers and management because the machines were down and they refused to let people out. This garage is absolutely horrible and should be shut down.
