This is the WORST EVER parking garage experience EVER
The attendant gave all the wrong information about how to use the payment system
AND on top of that got a parking ticket for $82 dollars
THE ONLY SAVING point was Michelle who provided some advice (after the ticket was issued) on how to appeal and what should have happened, She was very good to explain all the issues and was very accomodating with her time and suggestions

The garage was difficult to get out of. The scanner did not pick up. I ended up paying twice for one space. The employee came after I paid again. The security person was shocked that was not an employee and parking there. My online parking payment did not tell me that the building closed at 5:30pm. My space was reserved until 6pm. So would I been locked out if I didn't arrive before 5:30pm? Probably. This entire system is a mess. I'd like to be refunded for dealing with YOUR mess. I will not recommend it to others who I know come from out of town and need parking downtown.

HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED, ALL TIRES WERE STOLEN, WINDOW SMASHED. THIS OCCURED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! YOU CHARGE A RIDICULOUS FEE, WITH NO STAFF, PROTECTION OR SECURITY.

Easy to park - felt safe … only giving 4 out of 5 because the price was more than what was on the advertised sign.

The app to pay is confusing and not user friendly. Also, there was broken glass in the lot the needs to be addressed.

Our car was broken into. More prominent warning signs should have been present because based on what we were told by police this parking lot has this happen a lot!

Very very bad experience. Paid $15 in advance, could not find a parking space when I reached there. I called up the Customer service number - no one responded. I left a complaint online - no one responded. Extremely bad service. Will appreciate if my parking fees can be refunded.

Great service. Great Price

I purchased a space, showed up to the lot, and there was no space. I called for help and was told I was on my own. Because I was now in a desperate situation where there was very little parking available (hence, the reason I reserved a space), I ended up finding a space in a lot that cost $40 per day. They refused to reimburse me the cost of the parking. The whole deal feels like a fraud.I will never use this "service" again.

Very difficult parking spaces. Large construction trucks arrive early and take most of the spots making it difficult to maneuver into the space. I prepaid the night before online but I almost missed out on a parking spot. It made me wonder - when you prepay what is the guarantee you are reserved a parking space. How would I have gotten my money back. I squeezed into a spot between a large truck and a car that was parked poorly - leaving my only option to inch into a spot that was tight and squeeze out of my car like a gymnast and hope for the best. Relieved at the end of the day my car didn't sustain any damage. For that I am grateful.
