Sorry, but I hate your app. I parked and walked away. Using the map to locate where I parked, I could not complete the transaction. I had to go back and find the parking lot code vs using the location found on the map. Very frustrating!!!

Easy to use. No cash needed. We like it.
We never bring cash with us downtown. No reason to.
This parking lot is, heck, maybe 50 yards to the Ensemble Theater where we always park.

Money for Nothing
Really? Cost over $20. Talk about price gouging. Gave it a two since it was close to where we wanted to be. Otherwise, it would have been a one.Btw, rating a parking experience is a dumb idea. Like the title says: ‘Money for Nothing’

Don't use Parking.com unless you want to be ripped off
I signed in but I couldn't view my parking spot that was active, even after selecting my car. I asked for text updates, I followed the link and when I tried to fill for an extra hour I kept getting an internal error. There were no price differences between 15,30,45min and an hour, so, why are there so many options?
What difference does it make if they're all the same price, except for ripping customers off. I will now pay using the boxes on the property, because this was unacceptable.
