I was double charged for the oversized…
I was double charged for the oversized fee. I paid at time of reservation and the. The lit charged me again and would not allow me to request my car without paying it. . I have called the customer service of the lot who said they would get back to me a week ago with no response. I also filled out the support form on parking.com with no response. Bottom line if things don’t go as planned there is zero support

Do not recommend
Made reservation, paid, arrived at garage and was told it was full. They also did not refund the money. Was told because it was booked through a third party - meaning parking.com they couldn’t help me.
Waste of time and money.

Scam artists
I've called parking.com four times about a refund for a double charge for a parking spot I booked through their app. Each time I called and was told that the refund was being processed back to my credit card. The last time, after it became clear to me that they were just telling me that the refund was being processed so that I would get off the phone, I stayed on the line. The guy slow-played me for almost an hour, saying "the refund was just about to go through, except the system wasn't working ..." until I lost my patience and left the conversation. Further, both the valet on the way into the garage and the valet on the way out tried to double charge me for an oversized vehicle and wouldn't believe me until I could prove via email receipt that I had already paid — as if they didn't also have a record of the transaction. It's clear they have no respect for their customers. I do not recommend parking.com and will never use it again.
