Location was ok for event I attended, but i felt the price was a bit much for a Sunday I spent almost $20 for parking for a 4 hour event
It was time consuming for someone that only uses the app occasionally. Plus I didn't see an option to pay cash if a person didn't want to use a CC. Now you have my address, phone #, email and lice... See more

Love the process of parking and didn't take alot of time, and the notifications absolutely!
You fine people when they buy the parking spot for couple of hours.
Seriously the most frustrating experience I've had in ages. It took over 10 minutes to get my parking session started. The app or website is extremely difficult to navigate every time I use it.
There were 2 other cars that were in my group of friends that evening and they all had similar (negative) experiences.

I will not use your app and messing on my phone to pay is pain in the ass. Your rates are outrageous
Too long to put information in - I need a quicker process
The method of payment is absolutely horrible. In order to successfully pay, you need to use the double-tap feature for Apple Pay/enter your payment info, and select submit. BUT it does not process. You also have to select a second button that says “complete payment” after selecting the “submit payment” button. It it purposely made to mislead you and cause you to get a ticket. It happens to ALOT of people.
I paid and they issued non payment tickets! I have the reservation number and they took money out of my account . Absurd!
From the time I parked and left I felt secure that my car was safe. I knew that I didn't need to worry about my car being towed and/or paying for the parking. The process was very helpful and easy thanks to the signs throughout the parking lot! I just texted the number on the sign and then I was directed to a map where I was located and paid for it and chose the amount of time I was going to be there. I then received a email receipt of payment confirmation. I also received follow up text that my parking time would be ending soon with a link to click to add more time and when it ended. Thank you so much for making this parking experience helpful and easy especially when parking in Downtown Columbus, OH can be intimidating!

I paid 8.99 for 2 hours, needed to add on another hour through the reminder text qnd it was still another 8.99. I would've paid for extra time the first time if i knew it would be a service fee each time. Lot across the street was 6.00 all day. Wish I had know.

I was notified that my time was expiring so when I tried to add additional time the transaction would not process in the app resulting in me getting an 81 ticket which is crazy for an empty lot on a Sunday afternoon.

Everything about your website and app are the epitome of terrible. I’m almost wondering if your developers have ever tried to use it? 20 mins to figure it out and that was a consistent time across a few of us trying to park. Any time I encounter a lot using your app, I’ll park on the street and risk a ticket. Getting a ticket is preferable to your POS nonsense

As a first time user the entire experience is very click intensive and frustrating. There were a couple other people in the lot that gathered together to try to figure out how to pay for parking. From having to download an app to setting up the account. It's very time intensive for those trying to quickly park and get to an event or appointment. The most frustrating part was trying to identify which lot/location in the app. Honestly at this point I'd rather find a different parking lot and walk further than to use this system again. Perhaps it gets better after the initial experience but the first impression is very important and is arguably the most important.
Perhaps posting more instructions a d expectations on your signage and providing a chatbot for troubleshooting would be helpful. Or consider collaborating with other parking vendors in the area to use one app instead of each of you having separate apps. Your revenues wouldn't dip but the convenience provided to your customers and repeat business would be a benefit to all involved.

I think it should be up to the people that own the business to be able to charge there customers or not to when they come to the shows and there workers because of them having to pay for parking there aren’t making any money while they are working it’s all going towards the parking and nothing els
The process was easy to follow, and the signage was understandable and visible in multiple areas. The price was extremely affordable.
