Happy holidays

Happy holidays. My app pulled up 566UKR on the voice mail, which is NOT my vehicle when I was attempting to park on 12/5/21. It took a great deal of switching to get the lot number (41&Fox (access code 64455??) . Numerous calls did not resolve the issue. I had my phone, not my computer at that time. I was told to try back on Monday to pay for my parking. There was NO kiosk where I was parked. On Monday, I had a computer, located the access code, attempted to pay for parking and could not get the app to take the Dec 5th date, so I paid for the 5 days I planned on, and put in 12/10 depart date, when I actually departed on 12/9/21. I now have received a letter that I owe $4.00 after a payment of $16.35, which is all the app would let me do. Really not user friendly at all. No access code posted, no kiosk to pay. Very difficult.
