Few and confusing instructions on how to pay and park
The scanning of the icon, the instructions, easy to follow and very simple. The process safe and the email confirmation that makes it more legitimate.
Easy to find parking and convenient to the venue we were visiting.
Your App needs work. When I try to type in my license plate, it thinks 1 J is 11 j's and its near impossible to get it to type a different letter without a ton of headache, ON TOP OF THAT it also had the time set to 2 hours later then when I was putting the info in and in the end since I did not notice this INCREDIBLY STUPID FEATURE, your meter maid tried to give me a ticket for not having a CURRENT admission yet I had just not 5 minutes before the time on the ticket just paid your company for my parking. And I have not heard back about my dispute.

It took at least 10 minutes to make it to payment and I was never able to put in my correct license plate

Terrible. theres no reason I should have to pay a flat fee amount to park for a short amount of time.
I pulled into the lot on the corner of 4th and Main Street this past Thursday evening where there was a sign indicating $4 Flat Fee. Yet when I went to pay online after parking my car, I was charged $10.99. What’s up with that? The signage was absolutely misleading!

There was no sign with the price to park. The lot next to yours had signs but one of those signs were on the side of your lot. Saying $4. I scanned the sign at the front of the lot and put in the information to find $10 and a $.99 cent fee to use. Which is nuts since you're paying $10 already and next lot is $4.
I parked at the $4 lot the next day. You should be fined for not showing the cost to park on your lots. I will never park at a lot that Parking.com owns again. I will walk further before I park at your OVERPRICED Lots.

Disappointed to be charged a special event rate due to a concert at a venue that was 1.2 miles away.
Scan code displays $10.99 someday while another day $4.99, PLease fix it ASAP.
Way too expensive for a couple hours if that. Signs at entry said no more than $5 in the evening but I got charged $10.99. Never again.

I received a parking ticket for non-payment. I paid and had a receipt. The person who left the ticket put in the wrong license plate number. They even took a picture of the back of my car with the correct plate number. I tried to dispute it but the information doesn't match because they entered the wrong plate number. I reached out to the customer service and have yet to hear back.
