REFUND
My name is Joyce Andrews. I requested a Refund for a parking ticket I purchased on March 13th.
When we arrived at the parking garage there were parking attendees standing at the entrance directing vehicles to make a u-turn. They said they were fill. I showed them my receipt for my pre-paid ticket. We ended up parking on the city street 7 blocks away. We (our party of 4) ended up 30 minutes late. The entire 1st quarter of the game was over and our tickets cost over $100 a piece.
