I like it. It’s is faster and more flexible

Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

They still give me a ticket after I paid for parking. I sent them an email with receipt proofs of my parking purchase. No care to respond.

I have a Florida Disabled Veteran license plate. We are not supposed to pay public parking fees according to the regulations. I was charged $26 to park for 4 hours.

They sell parking in a shared lot with another parking lot, which is actually the same parking lot. Their sign was facing my car 10
feet away. I scanned the sign literally 10 feet from my car and paid only to come back to a ticket from the other parking company.

The service doesn't follow the general parking rules for disabled.

We love this parking lot. Very easy to get in and out of.

make the signage lettering large for those of use that had problems reading it. Perhaps a few well place large sign that are eye level would be helpful especially for casual users.

Paid for parking on a property that doesn't belong to parking.com. Had to pay to the actual owner later. Requested a refund and got an email saying my case was solved without any money.
Update: I got another email saying that I will not get a refund. Great business keeping people money. Thanks.

I pulled into a parking lot that not only had a parking.com sign but also another parking company sign. Unfortunately with the confusion how the lot was set up,we paid you i stead of the actual company's lot. I paid $30 and now have to pay an additional $35....Need to make sure signs are clear and not next to others causing confusion.

Great location by Amalie Arena. Easy in easy out. The payment was very easy to navigate.

I entered the lot on 3/27/2024 for the tampa bay lightning hockey game and the attendant told me I could scan the barcode on the sign for parking. Upon doing so, I was brought to the parking.com payment site.and a payment of $30.99 was charged. When I returned from the game, I had a $75.00 non-payment tag on my windshield from 717parking. I don't know how this happened, however now I have to go through the dispute process with 717parking and I'm afraid they will not waive the fee. It is a total inconvenience and I'm extremely disappointed I wasn't given more specific advise from the attendant on where I was supposed to park. There was no separation from 1 lot to the other. I won't use 601 WHITING parking in the future.
