Your reservation code may not work - then you pay over double!

I had a reservation. My phone QR code did not scan upon entry. I had a long line of cars behind me. No human was available. I took a ticket.

When I went in, I found some attendants. They told me to go upstairs, someone there would fix it. When I got upstairs, with all my luggage, the person told me go down, the parking attendents would fix it. He didn’t want to deal with me.

I had no idea who I should talk to, since both groups of people told me the other person would handle it.

I paid an extra $92 dollars as a result, since I couldn’t exit on Sunday with my QR code reservation. I had to use the ticket to pay. My reservation was $48. I paid an additional $92 on top of that. The garage made it clear that there are no refunds, too!! I am extremely unhappy.

Mostly fine

The reservation procedure and payment went fine.
When I entered the garage there was no place to scan the QR code I had received so I picked up a regular ticket to get in.
On leaving, I was able to scan but this did not work as I had not scanned at entrance. So had to discuss this with the person on duty which took a few minutes.
Parking space and garage were good, well-lit and easily accessible.

Very nice lot

Very nice lot - easy to access, clean and modern. I arrived fifteen minutes early and could not get in. At end of the day could not get out either. Staff very nice and helpful so not a problem in the end

Facility and access was easy to use

Facility and access was easy to use. The app would not let me reserve parking in advance for a time outside of a local event and their special parking rate. So the app could use some major improvements.

I paid for 7 days of parking

I paid for 7 days of parking, but I only realized after attempting to enter a second time that the pass allowed for only one entry and exit within those 7 days. In the end, I paid for a 7-day parking pass only for 6 hours.

QR code didn't work, very nice garage though.

Beautiful, very clean garage. Unfortunately the QR code for parking did not work and I eventually had to take a ticket in order to park. Upon exiting I had to wait for someone from the garage to take my ticket number so I didn't have to double pay. The attendant said that happens a lot? Seems like something worth fixing then.

It was awful

It was awful. I have to call and get my money back because I reserved and prepaid for 2 days and each time there was no barcode to scan and each time the lot was full. The second day one of the valet almost wouldn't let me in the parking garage because I didn't have a barcode but I did have a clear reservation. I don't think the barcodes were working as everyine in front of me tried and had to pay manually. It was awful and I still need a refund for the reservations is made.

Very clean garage. Helpful attendant.

When I arrived, the entry gate would not read my 2D barcode. An attendant came to assist. Hopefully his instructions work since I've already paid for the parking spot.

The garage is very clean and bright which feels safe.

Paid TWICE online and at the gate!

I reserved and paid online for the parkhouse just to find out once I got there, that the barcode on my print out is useless. I still had to get a ticket and pay - so I paid double.
It totally could just be me but I think it was not very user friendly as there should not be an option to prepay if you have to get a ticket at the gate.

I was charged an additional 11 dollars…

I was charged an additional 11 dollars to exit garage after spending more than the "all day" price to park there for 8 hours.
