Terrible, I paid for a ticket to park for attending a broadway show and it was a long ways away. My QR code didn’t work and still had to pay $8 to exit the garage.
The problem that I have every time I'm @ 733 Chestnut, is paying & getting my discount on the way out. Most lots you take a ticket when you go in and you pay based on the time on the ticket when you checkout. This lot you don't take a ticket. The gate just opens and lets you in. Cameras apparently read your license plate. The first time it took me an hour to get out and the charge went up another hour while an attendant was trying to help me. The second and 3rd time were not much better and I didn't get the discount that the doctor's office provided me.
But the absolute worst experience was that I tripped getting off the elevator on an elevation that wasn't marked "Watch Your Step" and fell across the parking garage and broke my shoulder. If this drop off was supposed to be a handicapped ramp, it wouldn’t qualify as it was too steep. I screamed for help and there was no one in sight to even help me get up.
I must say that all the personnel have been very nice when you can find them or wait for them, but I dread every time I have to go there because I still don't quite understand how I'm supposed to pay the parking when it's time to go.
POST SCRIPT: I just read about 10 more reviews that say exactly what I did. Corporate if you bother to read these reviews, you should understand that paying for parking in your garages is very confusing. There are no directions posted for what to do upon entry or exit. We're not all Gen Z. If you care about improving your service, then go back to tickets coming in that have directions on them about how to pay when exiting.
entrance location wasn't where it was stated to be, unable to find parking location, paid for alternate parking location
This garage is extremely run down and very very expensive to park in. The elevators are almost always out of order and when I take the staircase it usually smells like urine and there has been human poop on the ground level.
This garage is not for someone who can not walk up and down ramps as you are forced to walk up and down them since elevators are always down.
Facility was fine, check in and pmt is very confusing wasted a lot of time trying to get answers
Parking garage was located very close to the main sites in Philadelphia. Online reservation & payment very convenient. Entering and exiting garage worked well with no issues.
Given incorrect address to enter garage. It was not 199 S 8th St, it was 733 Chestnut St. We entered incorrect garage nearby, it cost us $10 before we were able to discover it was the wrong garage, and then had to ask for proper directions at two other outdoor garage. Never again.
I was in garage for early bird special ( which was either $15 or $20 for day) and when I left garage I was charged $35.99!!! I’ work construction for a living and times are tough. To be charged double is ridiculous!! And not fair.
I love that I’m able to easily enter and exit without having to pay at a station. Makes me feel safer not having to pull out a credit card or cash.
Easy in and out. This garage is for small to medium vehicles, you can get a truck in but it is tight. Very clean though and close to a lot of historic sites.

Elevator doesn’t work, garage smells, only one exit can be used if you scan the bar code

It was very challenging to find the entrance to the garage. When I had called the customer service and asked to help me to find the entrance or give me the description of how it looks, the person that answered my call told me that she is not there, she doesn't know how it looks like, and just hung up.

Dirty, feces and urine in stairwell. Truly scared to be in the garage. Would never go in there alone. Hard to use the code to pay upon leaving. I was there 45 minutes and it cost 16.00 dollars. Upon leaving was accosted by a homeless man who followed us for a block. Never again.

Easy to get to and close by everything we needed. Great rate!
Good location easy payment method wide parking spaces
Really frustrating having to pay through an app. There was also fencing that was coming down and scraped up my car. Lot isn’t well maintained.

I could not exit lot with code. I had to swipe my credit card to exit the lot and was charged a second time.

I paid online and got a QR Code. But when I went to the garage parked, and then went to exit later, the QR Code did not let me out. I had to spend about 10 minutes calling the service line to have them open for me and give them my order number. So inconvenient!
