On Feb 14/25 Concussion after freak accident when arm came down on my head and face
On Feb 14 2025 at exactly 11:18am I proceeded to leave parking lot and scanned my credit card. It took around 20 sec fir the arm to go up. After scanning card it fell in to the snow. No room to open door. My husband proceeded thru as the arm went up. I got out and picked up my card from snow. As I walked thru to my car the arm came down on my head and hit my lip where my w bottom teeth went thru my lip. I was bleeding profusely. I tried to speak to the attendant while trying to control the bleeding. All he said was is your car on the other side of the arm? I replied yes. I had to move forward to get my card. He was nit concerned of my injury. I left with my husband. I've been checked out and have a concussion. I am really not well. I've tried calling the number they post at the parking lot. No voice mail...no answer. I am seriously considering seeking legal counsel. No empathy at all. It was a freak accident. I have photos and if I do not get any reply from this I will go forward with legal counsel.
