Avoid at all costs

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I’m regularly in this parking garage and they regularly hold people hostage and against their will, they refuse to man the booths and the gates and credit card machine don’t work. Many times I come out to leave and there are 50 cars backed up waiting. Once I had to miss a doctors appointment at another location because of being held hostage. They regularly commit fraud by not having their machines work so that they can send you a link that you have to pay a fee to use so you are paying more than the cost of the ticket. That’s fraud.
Avoid at all costs.

The machine would not accept my credit card and the cash acceptor was not working either. It took extra time to leave the parking lot because your machine was not functioning properly and it was already past 9pm. To add insult to injury, I had to pay a credit card processing fee when payinng the parking ticket on line. I feel Inahould have been given a discount for the inconvenience rather than having to pay a premium.

when leaving parking lot trouble

when leaving parking lot, the machine wouldn't take my credit card (there is no way to pay cash). I could not understand what the "assistant" was saying (he didn't speak American English). There were 10 cars behind me! The "assistant" finally opened the bar and I left then paid remotely.

I couldn't get out of neither gate & finally after pressing to talk to someone I was told that I would have to pay for a lost ticket. I told him that I had my ticket but it wasn't working. Finally he sent a text to pay & included a fee to pay which wasn't my fault that your machine wasn't working. I hope I never have another appointment in that area.

Absurd lack of care for customer.

Parking payment machine in poorly lit area for a night payment. After 15 minutes of trying all my credit cards, no e would work. Security guard came to try. No better result. Held hostage at gate due to poorly maintained machine. Then man came on speaker to gather a time consuming list of info... with a veiled threat that I must pay by text or else.....
25 minutes for $6 + a fee for this horrible experience and service.

Scammers

Scammers! When exiting the parking lot, the machine to pay was not working. It would not take any of my cards. There was no live person attendant so had to press the button to call for assistance. Someone with a strong accent, answered and told me the machine must be broken and asked if I had cash which I did not. I have several credit cards and a debit card that should have been accepted by the machine. This person asked me for my cell number and sent me a text with a link to pay. When I opened the link to pay, the price was higher than listed at the parking garage! why should I have to pay a higher fee because your machine wasn’t working!!! Scammers!!

Horrible experience!!!!!

If I could erase the one star I would. When I left my Dr office, the gate said credit cards only cash not available. I put in my ticket & used three different credit cards which were all three declined. I pushed the assistance button, however there was a tree service making tons of noise next to the gate & I couldn’t hear. I managed to back up & go to the other gate. I pressed assistance & began to try & communicate with a man that I could not understand. His English was BAD! I tried to explain what happened, he kept asking for me to put in my ticket. I had no ticket because I put it in the other machine….

Finally, the security guard came over as cars were backing up. He too tried to explain with no luck. Finally the man sent me a link to pay online & opened the gate. You need a REAL person working at this facility. I was wired for light & sound when I pulled out of the gate. You ruined my day.
