Great place to park

Don't park here unless you have a detailed knowledge of Tulsa's downtown streets.
Only one entrance was open during this concert event. The easily accessible 1st street entrance was closed. We spent 20min driving around the confusing, blocked off, one-way streets of downtown Tulsa, trying to find a way to reach the correct entrance. By the time we found it, there was still 10 minutes before the show but the lot was full, the entrance was blocked and there were no staff in sight. I want my $19 refunded.
Edit: Thank you for the immediate response. The fee was refunded within a few days. I'll change the rating from 1 to 4 stars and preplan my route better next time. Having 2 entrances open would have helped greatly.

Lot was unavailable when I pulled up.
Unfortunately when I got to the lot it was unavailable to park in. It was being used by Bassmaster as the Boat Yard. Was told by the lot attendant I couldn't park there. So I got screwed out of my parking money I paid. Maybe next time don't allow people to buy parking in a lot that is closed. Not sure who to contact to get my money back!
