I found the system confusing. Where we parked, the restaurant gave us three hours free parking with a promo code. If we hadn’t asked, it was not clear how to get that credit.

Time ran out . Got validation code from the restaurant sent an email that evening. No response that they received email. Then when my monthly credit statement came out I was charged. I now have to go through the process again.

Older people don’t know how to do this and this is not fair. The restaurant we ate in said they didn’t know how to use it and were rude to us when we asked how. When you as for hours it should say how many hours are you staying . It looks like we should put in a time not. Umber of hours. All’s round pain in the butt

Instructions were not clear, and it was annoying to have to fill in information online just to pay for parking.

Instructions were very unclear and even though I got a code from a merchant after a purchase I still see the charge pending.
Will avoid this parking again if possible.

My parking was supposed to be validated with a code from the restaurant I ate at. The screen on the app kept going white and wouldn’t allow me to validate. I tried calling and emailing and no one has responded. I was charged twice when it should have been free.
I ate at Calhouns in Gatlinburg TN and was charged for a 24hr parking. I was only there for 2 hours.

I paid 22 for nothing. I was eating at a restaurant that gave me a coupon code to bypass the payment. Your website is confusing. I had to put in the info and some how missed the area to put the code in. We ended up not staying at the restaurant due to other circumstances. I looked and looked to try and go back to cancel or figure it out and saw you will give no refunds. I will not use this parking again.

Absolute ripoff. No where does it tell you to select how long you intend to stay so I ended up only getting 30 minutes for the same price I got unlimited down the street.
