Easy in and out, fair price by paying in advance

A parking lot in the area we needed was easy to find, prices were excellent when booking in advance and if you leave earlier than expected you get a refund for unused time. I would definitely use this app again

It worked. My car was safe.

This is my first time using this app and I purchased a parking garage ticket however, when I got there, they said that the Garage was full and I had to call a service number online which they could not provide. I went to the website and the phone number listed is out of service so I paid for a parking ticket which I was unable to use and did not get my money back I feel robbed.

My debit card was charged $37 when I booked the reservation online. Then when I went to get my car out I was charged another fee of $57 at the garage. I am disputing this with my credit card company.

It made going to the theater so convent for me. After a long drive it was so good to be able to drive into the garage and be greeted by a friendly attendant, and best of all so close to the Longacre theater.

It was very easy to make a reservation, and then the team on site was helpful and pleasant

This app doesn’t make parking reservation but rather just prepaying. We made it to our parking lot and were told the lot was full. If you use this app be aware that you may still end up with no parking. We wasted time getting to the parking building through traffic and still ended up looking for a new place to park. Called customer service for refund and she didn’t care that we ended up with such a delay.

Good price for parking in the city and no hassles or problems.

After being inside the parking lot and having made a reservation, they charged me an additional almost $16 because my vehicle was supposedly longer than a normal one... But this is the city of surprises.

Their attitude they have is the most annoy part and also trying to steal you by charging you more, I had to speak up and out of nowhere oh yeah here it is the price.....

Easy reservation. Reasonable pricing. Convenient location in the city. Only dislike was on the website it said closes at midnight, but really closes at 11pm. Other than that I was happy with the service.

Booked and paid in advance online for a 24 hour reservation last weekend from Aug 2 7:30 pm to Aug 3 7:30 pm. When we arrived on Aug 2 at 9pm, we were told by the employee that there are no more spaces despite the fact we had already booked and paid. The attitude of the employee was extremely rude and told us to "get out", basically throwing us out even when we paid already. We basically were put into a position where we had to beg the employee to give us the spot that we already had paid for - even had to tip him afterwards for doing us a "favour". This is in my opinion the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with when parking in New York.

I call more than 40 times because I use only 1 day and the payment says 3 days i don’t know happened with a system because I booking just 1 day . So I call to make a refound but nothing haven’t a response.
