I parked at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana. It was easy to do...
One QR code sign?
The lot only appeared to have a single sign with a qr code at the entrance to the lot. This is most awkward place to try to scan a code, from your car window while looking for a parking spot, while other cars are behind you. There should be just a warning at the entrance, with multiple places to scan the qr around the lot. Also, trying to log into your account in bright sunlight is not easy.

The valet parking was less expensive than this. Should have gone there and given a job to a human who probably needed it.
Parking at Bowers
I attended a craft class for senior citizens at Bowers Museum. There was nothing about parking in the instructions about attending the class. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to pay or not. I don't like paying for things through my phone. I would much rather pay at a pay station and just put the ticket on my dash board. If I go to another class, I think I'll park in the lot on the other side that has an attendant.

not accustomed to your parking system
Service fee THEFT! Hard to use app.
The app asked way too many questions just to park for an hour. Everyone was standing around the QR code display answering the questions. And we all had to go back to our cars for our license plate numbers. And it turned out we were in the lot furthest away from the entrance to the Bowers Museum. And to be hit with a “service fee” when we got the email seemed simply fraudulent. The SERVICE was allowing us to park.
I hate using the internet to park!
Site is hard to use & time consuming
Site is hard to use. Rejected my card twice (when there is nothing wrong with the card) and had to re-input for a different card. (All my info, twice.) When I went inside the museum, they told me I could have pad inside. I'll do that next time and avoid using their site entirely. (I used the card inside the museum to pay for souvenirs. The card was fine. It's their site that's the problem.)
Easy to pay
Easy to pay, easy to understand, texts when time was running short so no danger of overstaying accidentally.
Terrible service requirement
Simply, it was a pain in the ass having to download an app (I hate doing that), register, set up a payment method, provide you (this service) my credit card info so you can be hacked & my private information stolen, etc. etc. etc. Let me pay with a machine. It’s truly awful.
It was a royal pain in the ass
It was a royal pain in the ass compared to normal pay for parking stations. I would actively avoid any lot that uses this method
Holy Smokes
Holy Smokes, I just wanted to park my car and pay for it, I DID NOT want to spend a half a hour on my phone intering so much information, This system is the worst I have ever had to deal with
