I’ve emailed the company in hopes of getting this resolved, but no one responded. Thus, the low rating.
I paid for parking in advance, but when we tried to exit the parking garage, there was no attendant on duty and the machine would not scan my printed receipt, so I ended up having to pay in order to leave. So, I’ve now paid twice. I wanted a refund but never heard back.
