No ticket at the gate entering garage
No ticket at the gate entering garage. Cars behind me so cannot back out. Phone call was made after lengthy conversation and then have to give identification data to agent to receive gate access. Upon leaving process repeats to exit parking garage. Then, have to acquire text codes and then payment method to get this parking fiasco completed. The kicker is seeing the .99 cent “convenience fee” on a 6.00 dollar 20 min parking trip. It’s so bad I am now looking for a different doctor in a different area so I will never have to receive such a negative experience again.

The card reader didn't work
The card reader didn't work; then it took way too long for the person to process me out; then I got a text message about payment; then I got one that made me feel threatened if I didn't pay right away. Substandard. Unacceptable.
