APP ERRORS
The app continues to fail, constant "errors", doesn't show my purchase (e.g. "mapper funciton returned a null value"???), no support causing me to have to park in another lot and pay twice for parking. Frustrating, costly, and helpless.

I was able to easily purchase parking the day before I arrived. The lot was clean and well lit. Access to the lot was very easy.

I like the new system for parking at the Hilton. I can set it up on my iPhone the night before and just pull in and present my coupon using my iPhone.

As it turned out - it was my fault as the bar code never made it to my phone. I had to back out and pay elsewhere that day. Would love a refund - as I did not park that on the Feb 8th.

App does not work constantly. I have a promo code through work and it works half of the time. App is slow. I now try to avoid using it if possible.
