Verbal instructions would be good, was totally lost. Used to driving up and pushing button for ticket not reading and then texting for entrance. Verbal instructions would help in my opinion
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Since paying by credit card or Apple…
Since paying by credit card or Apple Pay is the only option, It’s ridiculous to charge a service fee when using a credit card. Cash is not accepted and thus it should be the vendor’s responsibility to absorb the service fee, not the customer. The customer is not given a choice!
First Time Parker
For first time parker the parking structure is not user friendly - procedures are inconvenient.
The system of only being able to use…
The system of only being able to use your phone to enter the garage causes a long line during peak times to enter the garage. Cars were backed up onto the street and blocking traffic. The use of cell phones to enter, pay. and exit was suppose to streamline things but it has made it worse.

Easy in and easy out
It was easy in and easy out (provided you have a smart phone). I liked the feature that it recognized my license plate so I didn't have to scan out. A bit pricey but it was close to where I needed to be

The garage is convenient
The garage is convenient. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the garage offered an hourly rate up to the $12.75 maximum for folks that will only be parked there for a short amount of time. Just a thought.
very difficult to go in and out when on jury duty...had to pay several times and now have to be inconvenienced to get a refund...Juries should be given a one time parking pass .
on jury duty for two weeks have to be inconvenienced multiple times for in and out of the parking lot...2 hour breaks mid-day of course I want to leave but then I am charged to go out and come back in unless I walk all the way over to the intake area to scan another QR code....so ridiculous...We should be given a one-time pass for the time we serve...period...

I used to get a receipt that was 2" x 4" with all the pertinent data. Your receipt is 2 pages long and doesn't even give the times of entry and exit! AND
I have to go online to download it, AND I pay you an additional fee for the privilege, when you don't even have the cost of paper!
To many steps to pay for parking
To many steps to pay for parking. Had to click on the link put in my card and they have a code outside the parking meter to get out? Very confusing and time consuming. Why is parking $13 now?! Complicated and expensive. Very frustrating only to just be in parking for 30mins.
