Both entrances on each side of the Fairfield Inn should be opened with security. (Not just one side) This would give you easier access to get in and out for events.

I have mixed emotions about this…

I have mixed emotions about this parking app.
I wasn’t ever sure that I actually had a reservation. The app did not show the purchase. There was no signs, instructions or anything at the location. I parked at the location hoping that the email would be enough to show that I had purchased a reservation. I worried the whole time that I would come back and find my vehicle towed. Luckily there were no problems. So in the end I was happy. The app and instructions need to be improved.

I didn't have to pay for parking

I didn't have to pay for parking. Paid for parking with Parking.com in conjunction with a hotel near the stadium. Checked in with the hotel. They didn't know anything about it. They said someone (a third party) should be out checking for parking passes. Nobody was there to check in. So I went to the game. Came back thinking I would have to show my pass. Nope. Still nobody there. Drove off. So where did my parking fee go if I didn't have to pay?

Scam

This was a complete and total scam. We purchased parking at the Fairfield Inn for $30. When we arrived, there was no one scanning parking passes at the Fairfield Inn or any of the hotels. Of course, the hotel said that they had nothing to do with parking so they were no help. I called the number for assistance and the rep told me to park in the garage, there is no garage. We ended up parking on the street for free.
