The parking ticket was bought several days beforehand and when we got there the lot was over sold and there was no parking left. We had to park elsewhere and pay double the price.

Parking lot was difficult to pull into due to only being a one way street, the pricing is a tab bit ridiculous besides paying a flat fee it’s$10.50 for 2 hours and if you add to extend your time for 15-30 minutes it’s an additional $4.50 and from 45 minutes to two hours the price ranges back to $10.50-$15.00

Too expensive. $9.50 for 2 hours, ridiculous

Just providing a place to park downtown is greatly appreciated! The process is fairly simple and the text reminders are very helpful.
However,... the original cost for 30 minutes of parking was reasonable @ $4.50 BUT when I added an additional 15 minutes due to business taking longer than expected I did not expect, and was very disappointed to see that I was charged the same amount as my original fee. So 45 minutes cost me $9.00 which is NOT a reasonable amount!

Paying for parking made easy!!
We were visiting Knoxville TN… beautiful place and really enjoyed the city.
Pulled in to the parking area, scanned the label with my cellphone and paid with Apple Pay. Simply and easy.

It is dangerous to be out in the open pulling out credit cards. For us seniors it seems like a complicated process and many do not know how to use their phones well enough to do the qrl code.
I did appreciate the warning our time would soon be up.

Great location, easy transaction.

This lot is uncovered and has extremely tight parking spaces and driving lanes. Yet, they charge in excess of $8 per hour to park, while the covered parking deck directly beside this lot charges $1 per hour to park.

Ridiculous to park for 45 minutes for $12 when I can park in the garage for $12 a whole day.
Will not be returning here.

Easy to use and pay.

The ease of processing and the reminder of time limit text makes it very user friendly

I usually use this parking lot once a year when I pay my taxes it’s a reasonable price and it’s well located next to the city and county building. I’ll see you next year about this time.

The system was fairly easy to navigage. I guesed time at 7 hrs and paid for that, although I only had to use less than 3, would be nice to be able to have a credit for that additional time since it is hard to judge what time you will need.
