Gate has problem opening for exit.
Every morning I scan in and the gate lifts but when I’m leaving it says “please wait” then i have to wait and ask the teller lady to open it and give her my confirmation code. It’s been about a week of doing this now. Everyone always beeps behind me and the teller lady gets angry it’s not my fault. Anyways please fix this thanks.
Got stuck at the exit gate for 15 min…
Got stuck at the exit gate for 15 min due to parking.com website error. The website wouldn’t work to give me the barcode to exit the garage after using it to entry the garage. I called the help line and the representative couldn’t help. Gave me the garages number and no one there answered for 15 min.
