The parking entrances are blocked off with chains. This requires drivers to circle the entire lot. Moreover, the only entrance/ exit is engulfed by a huge pothole. The fact that entrances have been blocked off is a constant point of conversation among commuters and are exploring different commuting options at this point, following months of dealing with this issue.
