Convenient for busy nights

Parking was convenient although could have offered more range of time. The price stayed the same whether you park for 2 hours or 8. No full overnight option, which would be really awesome for downtown Tulsa. Prices average for super busy nights. Typically there are free options but not this particular weekend. I appreciate the option.

I am from Atlanta and just wanted to…

I am from Atlanta and just wanted to pay to park and go have lunch with my family . It took some 20-25 min just to get registered and pay for the parking, so inconvenient and time consuming . I have traveled to multiple cities and have never experienced such an arduous process.

City of Tulsa and this blasted 3rd party parking company is ripping citizens off!

Some people do not have or use their phones for this type of thing. I prefer to use cash or card at a box. I refuse to load any of these BS apps on my phone.

the parking is way over priced for a weekend to stop somewhere to eat lunch. Tulsa can kiss it. I’ll take my business to another part of Tulsa.
The signage is misleading. It said as low a $3.00. It charged me $5.00 plus a .50 cent fee. This is BS, Tulsa should absorb these fees to pay these 3rd party companies that are making profit from our city.

A little confusing

It was easy enough to purchase on-line and promptly received an email giving me a qr code for to scan when checking in at the lot. The instructions were to scan the code however, there was no place to do that. Wasn't sure what to do. So we went to our event and hoped the car wouldn't get towed away 😕.

Do I have a space reserved? Maybe, maybe not. Good Luck!

Making a parking reservation is very easy. The problem is that when I arrived at the lot at my "reserved" time, it was already full. I thought I had a reservation but I guess I didn't. Actually, the lot was packed with two cars parking in one space...that was silly. Anyway...the great news is that customer service was very polite and promptly refunded my parking fee.
