There is always a space to park. Lot is clean. Needs more lighting and camera. It's so dark it's scarry.. Need more police presence.

Cannot update payment method+
For months, the app has not allowed adding or updating a credit card payment method, rendering it useless. When it did work, it always set a two-hour parking period, a default that cannot be changed. I need to park all day, so if I forgot to adjust the end-time every time I parked, I'd risk a $40 ticket.

Bad experience coming from Canada
We drove from Canada for a long-weekend vacation. We know the city of Chicago does not want drivers downtown which is why we parked at Olympic Fields and took the rain. HOWEVER, we could not pay for more than a few hours and not the 2 1/2 days we were staying in the city. Very inconvenient! We had to pay $40 for a monthly parking pass to stay for the 2 1/2 days. Not good. The city either wants us to take public transit or they don't.

Why does this company charge $0.75 for fees?? I feel like I'm being ripped off! Is this service a part of the City of Chicago? These fees add up over the course of a year!
