Awful experience
Awful experience. Too much information for a mere parking. Information requested was not present at the lot. It was so frustrating. People opted not to pay, due to all the confusion. If there were a rating of ZERO, that's what I would have chosen. I almost mission the event trying to figure out the app. You should give me my money back 😏

Easy parking but another app on my phone
After I downloaded yet another parking app, it was actually easy to pay for my parking. I just wish you didn't need to download the app to park.

I guess the time allotment is lined up with the venue. It asked if we wanted more time, but it would not go past the closing time of the event.
