+This parking was conveniently located across from our hotel.
+Price was amazing
- It worked great the first 2 times when I created an account it wouldn't work anymore. I got a ticket being away for 20 min because it wouldn't go thru. Had to use someone elses phone to then pay for out parking.
-Phone number is automated and of no use

It was reasonably priced and right across the street from our hotel. There was always a spot as well. It was perfect.

Just don’t use this lot. I was towed due to this app not giving me proper directions to the right lot. It’s confusing and non of the lots are labeled and I had to pay 235$ for something that wasn’t my fault.

You should put your credit card information, we are living 21.century, Apple Pay, google pay, Zelle , cash app many but they are still living in Stone Age

My car was in a dangerous area. Was told people steal in these parking areas. Don’t like risking something I worked for be taken away from me because of greedy selfish motives!

It was cheap and easy to find, and it sent a text before our time ran out so we didn't run out of time!

I think that asking how much time you plan on being there then asking for more money at the end of an hour because I selected a hour is a scam. My sister selected 2 hrs paid the same $7. I don’t think I will park there again, we just went to the little restaurant across the street. I had no idea how long it would take. I was hoping for a fast meal. What is the purpose of having to commit to a time frame then asking for more money because your customer didn’t estimate correctly. To scam. You should instead state how much time is allotted for the $7 That is posted on the sign. $7 buys you X amount of time then send a text about extending the time. The practice you are using right now seems very dishonest.
