I much prefer in person service
I much prefer the parking fee collected by a person than the app. I was not prepared & had limited time to get my mom to her appointment. I had to start the process there, enter in basic information after I parked & finally got it completed in the waiting room. I also didn’t like being charged an extra service fee when I didn’t have any choice but to use it since the person wasn’t there. He was there when I came out. Since I arrived at 12:30pm I’m assuming he was at lunch but another person covering that time would be appreciated. Behind me was an elderly man who didn’t have a phone to pay.
