I could not drive in more than once

I don’t understand why I could not drive in and out multiple times during my booked time window? I booked the parking for 2 and half days, but I only parked my car for about 12 hours. I was not able to park my car again after I drove out, but there were still 2 days ahead that I had paid for.

Reserved spot was not available

Reserved a spot for my family of 5, after a 5 hour drive.

Got to NYC and the garage said there was no spot and the reservation didn’t matter.

Line dropped three times as I was being transferred to speak with a manager after customer service had no explanation

The parking garage is clean and easy to access.

Parking was easy and the garage is clean but the attendant that parked my car was unprofessional. He tried to get me pay for an oversized vehicle fee when I already paid it online. He had an attitude because he thought I paid too cheap for the parking to begin with. He was impatient and tried to grab my phone twice. Not sure what his problem is but being a female - I felt a bit uncomfortable with this behavior.

I paid for overzied vehicle as I have a…

I paid for overzied vehicle as I have a yukon. When I got there they told me I have a super oversized and need to pay an additional fee. Asking for explanation what a regular oversized is they pointed out the small SUVs which other parking garages that say they don't accept oversized vehicle do accept the small ones. So I'm not sure what's going on.

Charged twice for oversized vehicle

I reserved online and listed my car maker and I already prepaid for the parking including extra for oversized vehicle. When I can to pick up my car I was charged AGAIN for oversized vehicle, I told the garage attendant that I already paid the oversized charge and should him the email receipt as proof I paid but he said he can’t do anything since the system show I have to pay 40$ AGAIN

Awful and intimidating experience

Awful and intimidating experience.
Reserved and paid online ahead of time. Parking attendant claimed we didn’t pay for oversized parking which was confirmed on my confirmation email as well as the ticket he himself printed for me upon my arrival and scanning my QR code. Both of which I pointed out to him again. He refused to reason or troubleshoot. I would love to speak to the company further regarding this parking attendant who called his other attendant over to intimidate me with my 3 year old son. He refused to provide a corporate number to call to settle the discrepancy. Then claimed they were closed and unavailable. Said my email confirmation must be wrong. Then proceeded to get in to another suv on the lot and very aggressively pull in front of my car, refusing to let me leave unless I paid more on top of my prepaid ticket, for which I arrived on time and was leaving 30 min prior to departure.
I finally loaded the company contact (below ground parking garage) and found a number to call. Attendant refused to speak on the phone with their own representative who insisted the attendant on allowing me to leave and ultimately resolved the situation by telling me to just pay what he was demanding and she would refund me the charge. Only then did the attendant move his car and let us leave. This is putting it mildly but it was a very unsettling experience and felt like a classic extortion scheme. The two men started off by saying “it’s only X amount more, just pay it and you can go”. Not ok by any means.

Overcharged

I was overcharged because I wanted to extend the reservation but wasn't able, thus I got out later than the reserved time, and the rate that i had to pay was much grater that it would've been if I could extend the reservation
