It was completely a fraud.
I called and texted the number and never received any message.
The parking spot was taken by other group and they didn't take my number
This is very unfortunate
I expected them to notify to refund

Never have problems with parking and I feel my property is safe.

It would appear as if we were charged for TWO time periods of 2 1/2 hours each when I attempted to add only a 30 minute extension to the original 2 1/2 hour period.
Kindly confirm that I was charged for only 2 1/2 hours plus a 30 minute extension.

I was charged over $30. for a one day parking. It said something about an event. I wasn't there for any event!!!!

Very easy process... great location! Easy walk to the convention center and a fraction of the price of proximate lots.

It's great to know when I get there that there is a space available! Kane Brown Concert was awesome!!!

Easy payment process after QR scan. I did not like that I could not see the hourly payment. You only get a total after you let them know how many hour you will be parked.

Made us pay twice at the location in cash

We purchased parking at this location the night before the event we attended. There was a QR code. They suggested we print and have available when we got to the parking location. When we arrived at the parking location, there was nothing that said we were at the right place, there were only signs saying don’t pay any attendant on site. Had it not been for another customer who got a hold of someone we would not have known it was safe to park there. They said it was based only on our license plate number which we had loaded the night before. The communication between the people that took my money, and how to park at their location could’ve been much better, we had no issues at the parking however, we were very confused for an hour before the event which was unnecessary. Thanks

The app was easy to use. The parking was across the T-Mobile Center. The attendance was very helpful.

Parking was cool, too high need to come down on the price. The only reason I park there because I had no choice. No more.

The app works much better than it once did. Also the email notice reminding you of the session is about to end, is nice.

I needed to add time (2 more hours) and it charged me the full price again. Sad day.
