Thought it was kind of ridiculous to pay so much for a spot in some sketchy alleyway. Plus, the lot said that there was a $15 maximum and I'm not sure why my spot ended up costing me $25.

I would rate zero stars if I could

I would rate zero stars if I could.

I paid 50 dollars to park a car at one of the spplus lots in Denver from 2pm to 7pm the next day. I called a customer service representative who assured me that if I gave the right plate number then I would not receive a ticket despite not having a print out for the window of my car(there was no way to scan my online receipt to receive a print out at the lot). When I returned to my vehicle at the proper time the next day, I had two parking tickets. One for the first day and one for the second.

The ticket for the first day labeled the bill at $77.00 and it said I had 7 days to dispute it. However, the second ticket, listed the cost at $154.00 and it said I had 45 days to dispute it, it was the first one I read. I have no idea if I disputed it within the proper amount of time, if the second ticket is representing a doubling of cost or a tripling of cost, and I do not understand why I received these tickets in the first place if I paid to park with the correct license plate number because the ticket system is so unclear.

When I did put in a dispute on their website they gave me insufficient room to explain my case and they did not explain that they have 30 days to respond, so I’m left more confused and concerned about what is going on in the background.

This company is terrible, unclear and difficult. I will be complaining to other resources if I have to in order to not eat these costs.

Not the best experience + rates too high

I spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to operate. Most of the payment booths were not working.
Sings are not there and most of the spaces are not clear on where to park.

The app is not very user-friendly, and my credit card was blocked for security reasons. HSBC/Mastercard are very strict, so I recommend contacting them to have your charges "recognized."

This was $9 for 2 hours a few months…

This was $9 for 2 hours a few months ago and now it’s $15. That cost difference is more than any inflation

Inconsistent

Whenever I use the app it always starts me in NYC and I have to move around. It's also really inconsistent. Most of the time it works, but sometimes it just doesn't and I'm stuck in my car until it works.

Received a ticket even after paying to park all day?!?!?!

Setting up my account was easy, paying for parking was easy, HOWEVER......I paid for an entire 9 hour day, as confirmed by my receipt, and the lot attendant still gave me a $60 ticket!!!! The ticked was issued at 12:30pm and my receipt showed valid parking until 5:20pm of that day?!?!?!?!? I'll be appealing it, but what the heck is up with that?

Truly Criminal, please improve your system.

I paid for parking on the 4th of October, which was 20 dollars so that I could go to work. I recieved today, Oct 21st, a bill for 70 dollars for parking without permission. I have paid the charge to avoid a late fee but I think that’s criminal.

Expensive

Expensive. I would like to at least pick the amount of time my car will be parked for. If anything people will feel compelled to use your lot since they can pick a time meaning they’ll be charged a service fee, taxes, etc. If people park for only 1 hour that just means they’ll be paying all those fees PLUS they’ll open up a spot for another car once they leave and will keep car’s flowing. Or you can keep ripping people off that park for 4 hours and charge them 24hr.
