My credit card info was rejected on a number of occasions. It's a new Capital One and has worked fine on other purchases. My old card worked o.k. This was at a Kaiser surface lot on Capital Hill in Seattle.
Thank you.
It's awkward
It's awkward. I've had an account at another location that recognizes my license and charges my card if needed. But at this location i have to relogin and sometimes card machines don't work.

As long as I go early in the day I’m sure to find parking. In the area next to my doctors office.
Frustrated old man
After I parked I’m really new at this I’ve never done it before and I’m not very sharp on my phone so I didn’t know how to do the scan thing I’m kinda crippled so I couldn’t raise my arms high enough to do the scanning so I had to sit on my walker in the rain calling the # you had posted got through all that stuff and it wouldn’t take my credit card I had to re submit 3 times and I don’t know if I could do it again not sure what I did but it finally went through. I’m not sure what u can do to make it a little more friendly thats something you’ll have to look at. Maybe bring the signs down so they are more visible. Thanks Greg

I cannot figure out how to use the QR code to pay for the parking. I have never been able to figure out how it works.
I wish you would make it easier to pay for parking by a credit card.
Pros and Cons
Parking is right by the entrance to the Kaiser Permanente optometry building. Very convenient. I was fortunate to get the last spot available in the middle of the day.
Online payment is clumsy. Error message said my credit card information was incomplete or in error, then the payment was accepted anyway. Made me wonder if my car would be towed during my appointment.

I would otherwise have given a 5++ except that I seem to always have a problem logging into my account. When parking in the proximity of a major medical facility, typically a person, me especially because I absolutely cannot walk much faster than a tortoise, is in a hurry so as not to be late to an appointment. So, being able to log into my account expeditiously is key, and walking while attempting to log in can be rather difficult/ frustrating/ stressful/ dangerous. So, I love the concept but hate the login frustration.

Easy to use
Was very easy to use and really appreciated the reminder when my time was nearing the end so I could add more time if needed.
