It took my info
It took my info, applied it to the parking garage, the garage was difficult to find because of construction around it, otherwise all information needed, requested, applied instantly and I was able to park.
I think it would be helpful if “walking time” could be added.

First time visitor
It was kinda pricey since there is so much construction in the area that the activities are happening a few blocks away and there are other parking area closer that are at the same price or less

It was difficult to find the location of the parking garage due to construction and there was no sign with the name of the garage only white paint on the exterior of the garage, hence white front garage. Also the parking stalls are so close and tight to get into.

Parking spots are super narrow and the price is a little high, but apparently that's just Nashville.
Otherwise it was fine. Construction on 2nd makes it semi-difficult to get to.

$60 for 5 mins…horrible customer service
I mistakenly parked in the wrong spot and I didn’t realize the timer on the app defaults to days and not hours so when I thought I was selecting an hour, I opted into a day. Ended up paying $60 for five minutes. I emailed the company for a refund, explaining my situation and they assured me no refund would be considered. In fact, the phone number on that email did not have a voicemail set up and never answered my calls…so I guess their policy is to ghost people who have concerns.

Great Place to Park
Aside from the construction in the area it was a great location. Easy in and out from the freeway.
It was a bit expensive. $35 for an event was too much.
Saving Grace
Our plans for parking when we came to Nashville fell through at the very last minute. This was a last minute saving grace so that we could make it to all of our plans on time. It was so easy register and pay online. We were so grateful!

Parking in Nashville is expensive
Parking in Nashville is expensive. We went to nashville and the first sticker shock we got was that it was $50 a night to park at the hotel. That experience continued where we parked downtown, and to spend the afternoon, yup, you guessed it, another $50. Went over to opryland, $35.
The garages had no workers, because it's all done by phone, which is convienient, but essentially you're now paying for a space, in a garage, many under construction, very narrow and not secure.
It'll make me double think about visiting nashville, which is a shame since we had a great time in the city.
