BEWARE EXTRA CHARGE!

We paid ParkingBox via a website "comparecheapairportparking.co.uk" for a Park&Ride service to LHR T4.
They directed us to park in the car park of Novotel West Drayton (currently not open to the public).
A week after our return, a parking charge notice arrived from a company called ParkMaven (look them up online - not exactly glowing reviews) with a demand for payment under threat of legal action.
The question is - who is the fraud here? If ParkingBox is not operating legitimately there, why is ParkMaven not taking action against them? Is ParkMaven turning a blind eye, or even colluding?
ParkingBox also appears to go under the names ParkInn and HeathrowParkingDeals, as all these share one phone number - 02080885497.
Hopefully this post will find its way to other people before too many get caught.
