I dont recommend!!! Be aware!!

When I dropped my car I had to wait almost 45 minutes and nearly missed my flight because of the driver who supposed to drop us at the terminal. Our shuttle supposed to be right away but the driver waited for other people just to do one trip.
When we arrived no one answeared at the number provided in the email and I called 7 times, luckily I had the drivers number that dropped us and called him.
Very disappointed with this car park and I will not use it again.
I would not recommend this car park.
In the future I would pay more for Meet & Greet at the airport.

I booked for 10am Stansted Airport

I booked for 10am Stansted Airport. No meet and greet - on entering the orange carpark I was informed the carpark was full and that I should drive around the carpark and enter any bay vacated. I phoned at 9.30 -30min before arriving and I logged 19 calls from my phone alone. More than 50% not a answered. I was told on one call to place my key on top of the car roof as my gate was closing in 50min. It took 1hr 10min for someone to arrive at 11.10. Also my dash cam was disconnected by the driver so had no idea where my car was parked during my absence. Total sham - beware of comparison sites when booking as I thought I had booked thr official meet & greet.

Exited the airport at 21.15 rang and…

Exited the airport at 21.15 rang and was told car would be with me in 30 mins it eventually turned up at 22.20 on entering the car passenger seat was in the laid down position smell of smoke in the car avoid this company at all costs

Shysters

A total sham. Made Meet & Greet booking for Stansted and was given a number to call 30 minutes before my arrival. No reply. Stoppped at Services on M11 and rang continuously for over an hour till I decided to try Stansted Orange car park where they had said to go. The official Meet & Greet Reception said this wasn't their booking and that cowboys free loaded off their car park. Finally decided to try alternative parking arrangements but no luck. Missed my flight (for two), paid £21 to get out of Orange car park. lost a night's hotel and a day's car hire so, with the fifty odd pounds I paid these shysters, I lost almost £500. Expensive lesson: use authorised agencies only.

Meet and greet parking at Luton airport

I have used the parking services (meet and greet) few times now and I was happy with the service I have received. The staff were professional and helpful, gave clear information and answered questions I had in respectful manner.

Friends recommended

A friend recommended and assured me it was good quality service, which I momentarily doubted. I can say he was 💯 % right. Communication was clear and concise, the mobile number is answered promptly….. it’s on my phone for useful contacts

Appalling service

First time I've been compelled to leave a bad review. Flight was due to arrive at 21:30, landed at 21:35. Parking buddy was given all the relevant flight information. Call them as instructed when we'd collected our luggage at 22:15. The operator told us we were late,it's our fault and he'll fit us in when we can. After 20 minutes waiting we called, 15 minutes was his response. Called again 20 minutes later, told us it's our fault and we'll just have to wait. Eventually 1 hour after our first Call, our car arrives, covered in bird droppings and dust. No apology, just said he's just the driver but it's our fault. In my opinion, 45 minutes from plane to exit at Heathrow is pretty quick. What does he expect us to do. Tell the captain to fly faster, demand to be rushed through security to get our car. We weren't the only ones either. Several others waiting for their cars as well. Absolutely appalling, extremely confrontational and disgusting attitude and service. Do not use this company!

The booking was easy

The booking was easy, but when we had to make changes to the booking due to the conflict, though ParkingBuddy had said they had contacted Triangle parking, the company said they had not received anything regarding the change so we had to go through it all again and the change involved a terminal change, times and dates. I had paid £4.99 for the change but it seems I paid this for nothing due to Triangle making the changes.

Meet and Greet Parking LHR

Found very competitively priced meet and greet parking via Parking Buddy and the parking service provider was not disappointing!
The only downside was not being able to get through to Parking Buddy by phone, but they did respond by email quite quickly.

Worst experience from Bee Parking

Worst experience from Bee Parking, very disorganised and causes so much hassle, these guys were using my car as it clocked 13 miles more from the day i dropped it, refuses to collect me at T3 Heathrow as they said i haven’t paid for the 10 day extension which i actually paid before dropping off my vehicle, In addition I collected my car from a different location without any good reason why. So inconvenient and not a trustworthy company, Avoid at all cost, zero star rating

2 Hours of waiting

Everything went pretty smoothly on departure, but upon arrival I was standing outside in the freezing cold for 2 hours waiting for my car to be delivered to the terminal.

Good price

Good price.
5 minute wait for driver when we arrived. On return we were told 20 minutes after collecting bags and he arrived after 18!
No problems so I was happy.

I was misinformed via the confirmation…

I was misinformed via the confirmation email sent to me by parking buddy. It gave directions of where to drop the car and it was wrong which resulted in me having to pay for a car drop off charge twice. I will be parking at Heathrow again in march but certainly will not using this company again. On top of all this we was delayed in getting to back to the car park on the return to collect our car and because of this the driver had left our key on the car rather than waiting for us to arrive giving an opportunity for theft.
