Contemptuous organization.

Park Nicollet has structured their organization to force patients to interact with them via the internet. They have made it difficult to even find a phone number to contact providers, and wait times to reach a live human normally exceed 15 minutes. They don't seem to care that many people are unable to stay on hold for that long during their work day. The contempt for patients' time is demeaning.

Impossible to reach by phone

I love my doctors at Park Nicollet/Health Partners but their phone system is unacceptable! They claim to always have a high volume of calls so wait your turn in line for your call to be answered-then the recording claims, "We're here for you." I've waited over 30 minutes without having the call answered! This has been the case for many months. Either answer the phones in a timely manner (if more help is needed, there are sadly many people out of work who would love a job), or get a system where you may leave your number and retain your place in line and receive a call back when it's your turn. I wouldn't mind waiting an hour or two, as long as I wouldn't have to wait on the line for the phone to be answered. Paying for having adequate staff to address phone calls is part of doing business!!! In the MyChart, if you were to send an email there is a charge-no option for a general questions-REALLY??? Let's not make things more complicated than they need be.
