I made a reservation to park at Embassy Suites LAX South, expecting to use the free shuttle. However, we were forced to take an Uber up to the airport as the shuttle wouldn’t be available for at least 30 minutes according to the staff. This is unreasonable since most parking lots have regular shuttles in order for customers to make their flights. Further, upon returning after a delayed flight, we were told that the shuttle wouldn’t be cost $15/person to get us back to the lot! Outrageous since they advertise a ‘free’ shuttle!
Outright two Uber rides cost us over $60 due to the high costs at LAX. Strongly suggest you don’t use this service unless you don’t mind overpaying.

I parked while visiting my family in the building — and suddenly, I get a ticket. The Hauswart, who is apparently responsible, is on vacation. I tried calling this company, Parkon, multiple times — no answer. What is this? Am I in Switzerland or in the jungle?
What makes it even more absurd is that the cars parked right behind me didn’t get any ticket — only mine. This feels like a scam. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
I wish I could give zero stars

Horrible management. They are not reachable by phone and only somewhat reachable by their contact form. Their payment system is a mess and they seem overall incompetent.
