The Parking experience was overall good, but....

The Parking experience was overall good. They have airconditioned room and toilet while waiting for shuttle to go to the airport. Nice introduction on the radio about the company and the trip. Fees were not expensive compared to others.
Trip back was made terrible by chauffeur who decided that we were the ones to wait for another car as others were earlier. I was picked from a group of 10 persons to stay behind even though I was first to arrive. This made a bad experience.

The pick up went very smooth, once we had arrived they were there to pick up the car within several minutes. Also upon arrival they were there within a couple of minutes. Communication went smooth.

Automatic system didnt recognize my phone during the call, however gentleman who answered, identified the booking very fast. All other arrangements, in departure and arrival were very fast, so it was great service.

The parking removed all my dash cam cables ,when I asked he responded that he doesn't know why this happened, it gives me impression that they do something wrong with the car and don't want owner to know, beside the car was so dirt and full of birds shit everywhere, didn't like this experience

Removing a dashcam happens frequently, and it is often stated in the general terms and conditions that they are entitled to do so. Therefore, if an employee feels uncomfortable being filmed, they may disconnect it.
We would like to clarify that Parkos is the compare & book platform. The handling of your vehicle and the parking service itself are the responsibility of the parking provider. For this reason, complaints about the condition of the car or any items in the vehicle need to be handled directly with the parking provider. You can find their contact details in your confirmation email or in your Parkos account.

Dishonesty in Sending the return shuttle from the airport
I returned from my journey to the airport at around 2:00 AM. According to the instructions, I called the center to request a shuttle. The guy on the phone told me that the shuttle would arrive within five minutes. However, after 50 minutes and several follow-up calls, no shuttle had appeared, and each time the guy told me, “No worries, the shuttle is on its way!”
Meanwhile, two other families arrived, and after a large number of people had gathered, they finally sent a shuttle to pick us all up together.
It can therefore be concluded that the company kept me waiting with childish excuses because it was not worth sending a shuttle for just two people.
It is quite understandable that economic considerations are important. Nevertheless, lying is not acceptable. If they had been honest and informed me that they dispatch a shuttle, let’s say, once every hour, I would have waited inside the airport rather than standing in the cold and darkness of the parking lot.

Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Parkos.
Our 10 month old son became unwell, forcing us to move our flight by one day. We contacted Parkos immediately to ask for a simple postponement of the booking.
Instead of helping, we were bounced around and given different numbers to call. The person we eventually spoke to was extremely rude, repeatedly talked over us, and dismissively told us to “speak to your insurance.”
We were then told:
• the booking could not be moved by one day
• there was “no room” for our car tomorrow
• and no refund would be provided
What makes this even more frustrating is that the parking had already been fully paid for until Wednesday. We were not asking for extra days or compensation, simply to arrive one day later due to a genuine family emergency involving a sick child.
The complete lack of empathy and customer care was honestly shocking. Even after raising a formal complaint, the response was basically “these are the terms” with no attempt whatsoever to help or offer a reasonable solution.
I will never use Parkos again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

Messed around with carplay and settings
When getting the car back, it seemed that the person driving it back from the parking lot to the return point used my spotify to select his own music, and changed climate control settings, which was completely unnecessary because the auto climate function of my car works really well.
