I been charged extra 20£ for 2 minutes delay to drop my car according with their drop off time window .
Awful experience I will never go back to them .
To drive to their park is a proper joke you can easily damage your car as the parking is in the middle of nowhere and the road is bad .
This is deffo not a professional parking company

On my return I found scratches and damages to back side of car. I send the message but no reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Excellent service from Parkos UK! The meet and greet was smooth, punctual, and hassle-free. The staff were professional and courteous, making the whole airport experience so much easier. My car was returned in perfect condition and on time. Highly recommend for stress-free travel!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this meet and greet parking company. On collecting my vehicle, I found the car had been damaged whilst in their care. What's worse is their complete refusal to take any responsibility for this. Their lack of accountability and the poor standard of their service are a serious concern. I'd strongly advise anyone who values their car to avoid this company altogether!

Very easy to book. Great communication from parkos. 2 points to make this experience better is 1) the postcode takes you to a different location at the airport (Stansted) so potentially modify this will be great. 2) having a mobile app would be the best and easiest way. I would be using it all the time. 3) having a 1 click phone number so when I approach the airport I don't have to fumble about coping the phone number off the email to then notify my 15 min arrival. These points will just make the service superior. Overall love the staff and highly recommend. I won't use anything else. Also worked out cheaper than a Uber trip from Kent.

Great service and it had a prayer room for muslim.

Price was reasonably good, service was good no any issue with us, the postcode given is not accurate. It will take further a-head. Even though dropoff parking was on the next to road, during the night it was hard to find. But the staff helped me once I made a call.

Hidden charges and unprofessional

I loved this parking as it had ample spaces and very close to terminal, walking took just under 10mins.

Would give no stars if I could the fella in the office thinks it’s ok to swear at his customers, great service 🙄Waited over 40 minutes to be picked up then sent a bus not big enough to pick everyone up. Cowboy firm. Car had so much birdshit on it when I picked it up you’d think pterodactyls had been flying overhead. Cheapest definitely isn’t best with this shower avoid at all costs I travel 24 times a year through work and they will never see another penny from me again. Will say the fella that did finally pick us up was lovely wish I’d got his name but unfortunately didn’t.

This may be a little unfair but I booked for March 21 when they shut Heathrow Airport and I was unable to park. Refund was refused.

Would never use these people again
Arranged meet and greet on departure on the 23rd March at Heathrow T3
First the 2 numbers on their site no body would answer the phone for 20 minutes
Waited over an hour at the airport for the collection
On arrival it took them an hour and 10 minutes to return the car

Took 2 hours to get our car. Complained to parkos and they didn’t even care.

Did not operate as per contract. Park & Ride did not operate. Had to drive from drop off point (Holiday Inn, Sipson Road, Hounslow) into Heathrow Terminal 4. I was informed this was because the Mini Bus was being serviced. On return, again no Mini Bus, but my car delivered to the Airport.
I booked Park & Ride to avoid the Airport Traffic. But had had to drive in & out from the Airport.
Not a happy bunny.
Finally understand that the contract was not adhered to because the Holiday Inn was full to bursting with illegal immigrants and not safe to use as a drop off point.
Will never use Greenoaks Park & Ride for parking again.

I had very bad experience
1 Beacause you have extra charge for the transfer to airport 2,5 pounds cash per person...
2 too much delayed for airpot 40 minutes about and the van is very dirty as well...

Service was all right.Took me 3 min to drop a car and 10 min.to collect it,but apparently you must read terms & conditions!You expect to pay price what's on their website,but there is hidden charge of £10 each time @stansted.Add +£20 for real price!

Booking via Parkos was super easy. On choosing which car park operator to use it showed you where your car was to be parked. Rather than choosing one 20 miles away from the airport I was able to pick one close by reducing the driving time required in my car by the attendant.
Everything was easy to book. Only downside was I was called twice on route to the airport despite my first call received where I stated an ETA. Second call was 2 minutes before the eta asking where I was. Slight lack of communication to each attendant possibly? Did cause a little stress. Everything else ran smoothly. We used the meet and greet service. Car was very dusty on its return but we were advised it would be kept outside so we were fully aware it would be dirty.

Very bad service after i paid 65£ for 8 days i came late and they chrged me 25£/day which makes it 200£ plus 65£ with no refund. Very unethical opportunistic and parasitic people!
